I've tried many others and the grind/chip size is always a problem. Not with these, they have it down to perfection. The burn at just the right speed to provide good steady smoke, without instantly clogging the screen. All smoking chips are NOT the same, and these are the best. Period, full stop.

Needed to refresh my chip supply for drink making. these fit the bill so far and have just enough fragrance not to overpower everything (including the kitchen as you could end up with a standing haze). Have only tried Cherry so far. The Cherry and Apple seem to have the most aroma in the can while the hickory and mesquite possess a lighter smell. Containers seal well and these look to be a quality item.

This was a Christmas present for my son inlaw. He was so excited to try them all. This was an excellent way to try a variety of flavors and not spend a ton of money especially if he should decide he didn't like it

This is a very nice assortment and it's a much better value than most of the kits that come with smokers. The chips burn and smoke well, and seem to be flavorful so far. One thing: be careful when opening the box. One of my cannisters had a loose cap and wood chips spilled everywhere in my bar area when I unboxed mine. I have a feeling I will be finding stray chips for several weeks. Grrrr....

I finally ran out of the wood chips that came with my smoker, but man I wish I bought these sooner. I love having the different options, especially when friends come over and I let them choose which wood they would like to try. Each is different and pairs with different drinks. Love it!
