Perfect for walking the dogs or a day in a theme park. The main pocket is fairly roomy. I can fit my epi pen and my iPhone 14+ with room for other items. The front pocket is very roomy too. The water bottle pocket expends nicely for larger bottles. The bungee to hold it in place is a nice touch, especially when you go on a ride and you have to take the pack off and have it at your feet. The straps and keepers are good quality and long enough to be worn as a sling if you get tired of wearing it as a fanny pack.

Excellent waist bag, perfect for dog walking, holds everything that you need, phone,car keys, Pooh bags, treats and all necessities for dog walks. Water bottle holder is a good size and can be used for other things, dog leads etc.
