I am in love with these pillows! Well made, packaged, and marketed. Great quality and value. Soft, durable, dense... These pillows come vacuumed packed and includes a manual. There are 3 methods they recommend you use to get the best results of fluff. I used method 3: I placed them in my dryer for 30 minutes after a quick fluff... and boy do they fluff up! Testing with water, they do have some water wicking quality for light splashes of water, a mist here and there, but not so much under a drenching downpour. As with all of my outdoor cushions and pillows, I tend to be hyper protective, and put them away when not in use. I expect these to last quite some time. These are made really well, and I'm impressed. Very happy with my purchase.**I purchased several of these pillows and have not run into any issues to-date. For best results follow the methods provided in the manual. I found that the dryer method was best and fastest, and provided ultimate fluff.***Firmness Tips: For EXTRA FIRM pillows, insert a larger pillow insert into a pillow cover that is one size smaller. Example: 20x20 Pillow insert placed inside of a 18x18 pillow cover for ultimate firmness. For REGULAR FIRM pillows, insert the same size pillow insert into a pillow cover of the same size. Example: 20x20 pillow insert placed inside of a 20x20 pillow cover for regular/general firmness.

Keep these! Upon opening these inserts I immediately decided I was going to return due to what seemed like very inadequate quality. Give these pillows a couple days; they’re amazing! I used the dryer method and I cannot believe how nice these pillows are. I’m glad I purchased them!

Good value, but not as full as I would have liked. Even though I sized up compared the the case, they still struggle to fill out the pillow cases.

These insert came quickly, next day. They are perfect for my outdoor pillow covers. I just received them so not sure on their durability. I will make sure to update at the end of the summer on how they hold up. I do recommend going up a size larger for the insert than what your pillow cover size is, that way it will give your pillow a fuller look.

The pillows are very thin and flat. I will need to add cotton batting to each to make them more full and comfortable

They aren’t full or fluffy enough for indoor use, but they are perfect as decorative pillows for outdoor use.
