I switched from a plastic tongue scraper to this stainless steel one and I will never go back. I feel like it works way better and makes my tongue feel cleaner and fresher. I haven't had any issues with rust, I just make sure to keep the scraper in an open cup that lets it dry. The travel case is really convenient and has holes in it to let the scraper breath after being used. I doesn't hurt to use nor does it have a strong metal taste. It's a great sustainable product that I can use for years, I am very happy with it.

The tongue scrapers themselves are metal - stainless steel - meaning they can be cleaned thoroughly and won’t rust. The design of the scrapers themselves is very good - they’re somewhat bendy, so you can manipulate the size of the scrapers “surface area”, as needed, for your specific anatomy. And wow - the gunk that actually comes off your tongue, even if you don’t think anything is there! Game changer for my breath and the overall freshness and feel of my mouth and teeth.
