I bought these capris pants in a size 7/8 for my chunky and short legged 5.5 year old. They fit perfectly around her tummy (not much room left) and come to her ankles. Not sure 7/8 years would fit any kid older than 6 unless they’re tiny. Won’t last more than one season I think but i’m happy with them.
