Just ordered 10 bottles after having to go directly to 88Herbs in Ontario Canada to purchase during its stock unavailability on Amazon. Apparently they were having custom issues but they have been resolved. Expire date is 6/2025 so will probably order another 10 bottles soon. Take 3 or 4 one hour before going to bed and you will be yawning until your eyes are watering; I am not kidding. Total relaxation and a full nights sleep. It is TRUE elemental magnesium. They are very honest about it whereas the American magnesium companies never give you the true amount of elemental magnesium you are getting. They are mostly the glycine and skimp on the elemental portion if they are giving you any at all. I tried almost every brand over the years in powders and capsules to no avail. Also, no more beating heart/palpitations.

In my supplement hunt, taking any kind of magnesium has been Not Fun... until now.I am unused to the after-effects so started out gingerly, 1 tablet at night an hour before bed, for several days. Each night, within half an hour or so, I was yawning. Each morning, I wanted to stay in bed, was rather drowsy, but not terribly so.Eventually, worked up to 2 in the evening, and same after-effects. And yayy, still no loose BMs!I'm not happy with the drowsy, in wanting to sleep more; but, it soon goes away after I am up.A couple weeks now, my mood is calmer, my aches and pains are a little less. No tummy troubles, so, will continue.The supplier isn't selling here (88) anymore, I guess. ? So, am changing to another pure brand that has no fillers or stearates, etc, which also has more pills p/ bottle, more mg p/ pill, better price, manufacturerd in USA, and is lab tested.I'm glad I found this type of magnesium, and will go for 3-4 months to see if any life health improvement.

I love this product, but why I can’t order anymore

My husband was having terrible leg cramps at night. I did some research and read that this type of magnesium was the best for this issue. He has been taking one pill per day in the morning for the last two months and has had to get up one time due to cramps. He is 76 years old and i do realize that as you get older your body is depleted of magnesium. This product is definitely worth a try!!

It is labeled as 500mg Magnesium Bisglycinate in the picture. The label says it's 50mg elemental Magnesium. I understand the difference but it seems intentionally misleading.I tried one capsule, since I normally use three capsules of actual Bisglycinate (400mg), and I felt nothing. I am up to 3 capsules and I still felt nothing. So, last night, I took my old magnesium and I could feel the calming effects before bed.This product is either not magnesium or the dose/capsule is incorrect.

Liked the product, didn't cause any side affects at all! Was on Magnesium IV for months, took a higher dose of this, was able to get off IV's, now for several months, so much better then having a needle in your arm for 4 hours. My doctor who is a kidney specialist said he was amazed by my dramatic elevation in magnesium, thought it would never happen. The IV magnesium would not keep magnesium stable. I take 3 pills in morning, 3 at dinner, and 3 at bed time. My life for the last 8 or so months has been sitting for 4 hours with a needle in my arm, with a magnesium bag attached . I am being so honest about this issue, this product is amazing. Thank you manufacturer.
