Works great and very inexpensive. Be careful it’s very strong I actually sat it on my propagation box for a minute and it fried a couple of small leaves on one of my little terriuam plants. Don’t get all hot. The light quality is great bright afternoon sun . No timer tho and that is a nesscesity for me personally. I had a very easy time putting it up and it fit perfect for my small shelf.

These lights have lasted me a long time. I would definitely get again, they totally work. The court is long in the attachment for the chords work fine.

Light weight, thin light. Easy to use and set up. Very bright and can get hot so be careful. I bought this because I have lots of plants - all in different rooms. Some rooms are darker than others due to the windows facing different directions. I like having plants with same needs and similar lighting/watering in same rooms. Every now and then, they need better light and especially in the rainy months and in winter when they need it to help keep them healthy. This light is perfect and works well.

Cheap and straightforward, has been working well for a few days now. I buy lights without a timer since those often break easily over time - these not having such a feature is my preference since I use a separate timer device. I do notice they do warm, but I suggest using better double sided adhesive than provided in this kit.

Wish it was a little more stronger it got the job done just wish it was more stronger it worked for germinating my seeds as well

Needed a small light for a 10 gallon tank terrarium that houses plants and isopods. So far it’s perfect. It doesn’t build any heat and give the plants enough light. I used the 2 sided tape to attach it to a diy acrylic sheet lid. So far it’s holding well. It’s so light and produces so little heat I doubt they would fail anytime soon. It’s on a timer so on for 16hrs a day, may drop that to 12 but I want to make sure the plants are really well established before dropping it I’ve not had it long enough to say if this will last. For the price if I get 1-2 years out of it it’ll be worth it. If I knew it would last 5 years I’d be willing to pay a bit more because it gives plenty of light and doesn’t produce heat like all my others, which can be annoying! The light readings range from 278-385 FC, 278 is the furthest from the light, around 9” and 45-50 degree angle away. For that distance using such a small light is really great. I wouldn’t want it any further than that though. So if using on a taller shelf make sure the plants are close to the light. I wouldn’t be able to use this in place of my other shelving lights due to the distance, plant sizes and overall light needs of those plants. Overall I’m happy with it so far. If it does fail in the next 6-11 months I’ll update, otherwise this is a solid light for my small needs.

Nice quality light, not sure how efficient they are at growing considering I only have a bamboo plant. Nice white light emittance, extremely cheap! You can use it with a USB adapter which it doesn't come with I just plug mine into a portable power bank. Draws next to nothing for electricity. Might even purchase a different style plant to see if this will enhance growth. 😁
