These tablets did what they say but have had to stop taking them as my husband is allergic to them

No noticeable improvement in my general health, I'll try for another month.

These are expensive, but I think I am actually noticing an improvement. The constant pain in my thumbs and wrists is certainly eased. My knees feel less painful at rest, still getting pain in exertion. But that’s better than normal, when they hurt all the time.
