Rugby Capsaicin 0.025% Cream for Penetrating Pain Relief - 2.1 Oz (60g) (3 Pack)

Seems to work great on my knees. It doesn't warm the knees exactly, but it keeps the cold and ache away. I learned NOT to put it on the inside of the knee. If I do, when I sleep on my side and my knees touch each other, they get extremely warm on the inside of the knee. Other than that, this .025% works great on my knees, using it only once or twice a week.

This is very effective for my shoulder and back pain. Previously I had a 1% tube but it was too strong. This tube is .025% which is quarter strength and comfortably strong enough.

This stuff burns something awful. I got it to help with nerve itching. It burned so bad for about an hour, but then the itching stopped for about 15 hours. Do not use it on any open skin, that’s for sure. I’ll put it on again an hour before I go to bed and just push through the pain. And it will burn if you take a shower even 12 hours after. Still going to keep using it, because the itching was worse.

I've tried so many gels creams devices but for some reason this one is the only one that works it may not alleviate the pain completely but it takes the edge off it I would highly recommend it

So I have these salonpas patches that have capsaicin in them and they're really the only thing that helps with my shoulder bursitis. Unfortunately I'm a sweaty person and so I can't use them at work which is where I really need them. So I thought this product would help with that!! Oh how wrong I was!! You'll see in the picture my raw skin that is still burning the most intense pain I've ever felt from a rash and my skin is so sensitive I can't even wear a bra!! I tried washing it off 5 minutes after I put it on I tried aloe and a cream-based burn cream but any and everything I put on it just made the burning so much worse and my shoulder still hurts so it didn't even help that. The patches have a slight warming sensation but not this intense painful burning that caused my skin to become raw!! The instructions say there might be a burning sensation that generally disappears after several DAYS!!! I am really hoping and praying that they mean "several days" If you continue to use it not this one small dime size amount I put on will cause this burning pain for days!! But the fact that my skin is is raw as it is makes me wonder whether or not days is actually an optimistic measurement!!
