Great price for the quality of bike.
Bought this bike for my 10 year old daughter with an inseam of 29". She rides the bike well with only rare taking-off-up-hill issues. I ordered from Amazon and not a third-party retailer. The box arrived in perfect shape. No issue with the bike being damaged or scratched in any way. The bike arrives mostly assembled. Be careful unpacking the front wheel. If you need to, rotate the pedal arms until the front wheel is relatively free. If not, you'll likely bend the spokes and damage the wheel. Assembly is the biggest thing you'll need to consider before purchasing a bike. The assembly itself is easy. The somewhat tricky part is adjusting the brakes and derailleur system. I'm the type of person who can never bring myself to pay some one to replace a light fixture, work on my lawn mower, replace brake pads on my vehicle, or repair a leaky faucet. If something breaks, I fix it myself. Still, having not assembled a bike in roughly 20 years, I had to take my time and exercise patience in adjusting the brakes until they were "just right." The rear derailleur adjustment isn't too complicated, but it is tricky if you've never done it before. I recommend looking up a YouTube video if you encounter any frustrations with it. Once I did this, I breezed through the adjustment of the rear derailleur. It helps to have a bike stand or some assistance when checking the adjustments as you're making them. However, I was able to adjust the derailleur solo, and I got the shifting down until it was smooth through all gears. I have since put together another similiar bike (a 20", 7 speed) for my 8 year son. I made quick work of getting it ready to ride with the experience of already assembling this one. I also purchased a third bike for my girlfriend's 9 year old son. I purchased it from Wal-Mart, PRE-ASSEMBLED. I couldn't find a 24" boys bike on Amazon with reasonable shipping. The pre-assembled bike had the front tire on backwards and required brake and derailleur adjustments. So, basically, although the third bike was fully assembled when I got it, I had to go back over all the finer points of assembling a boxed bike. Last comment. If you don't feel like you can adjust the bike properly, I recommend taking any bike, pre-assembled or not, to a bike shop. I have always heard other people say that, and the experience I had with these bikes reaffirmed that belief. We definitely want our kids as safe as possible.

Good Quality and the right Fit, at the Right Price, with Fast Delivery and Easy Assembly
The bike and its components exude quality, which is exceptional for the low price. I actually risked ordering one at a discounted price due to damaged packaging and the contents were complete and in perfect condition. I was amazed at how little assembly was required - pop in front wheel, handlebars, pedals, seat, end-of-story. I was impressed with the quality of each and every one of the extensive list of components. I bought the 24 inch for my 9.5 year old child who sprouted to 57 inches and outgrew her 18 inch Schwinn. I was worried about moving up to 24 inches, but knew she would quickly outgrow a 20 inch, and no one makes a 22 inch bike. It was a great fit and she loves the look (pink) and ride. I will probably buy another for her younger brother, and would highly recommend

Great bike, and great service
We bought this for my daughter, so to be honest, the looks were as important as the features. However, it managed to excel in both. It's a very "cool" looking bike, so my daughter is proud as punch to ride around on it. The gear shifting is intuitive and smooth and the ride is comfortable. Attaching the obligatory extras has been fine, basket, bell, etc. the handlebar shape is good for that. Also, the first bike came damaged. I think the bike may have been dropped during shipping, and the plastic around the gear was smashed. But a replacement was supplied well within time for my daughter's birthday, and the return was handled with no problems. So a big thanks for that! I would definitely by my sons bike from this provider, and he's already decided he wants a Mongoose. He also wants the bright pink variant, but that's still under discussion!

Good bike. Bad pedal or bad pedal installer :)
Beautiful bike and very solid build. Unboxing and assembling was fairly straight forward. My only negative so far is even after carefully threading the pedals one fell off yesterday after only a couple of hours of riding. I can't be sure if the threads were off but I will assume installation error for now. Other than that this bike would seem to last for quite some time. My girls are petite twin 11 year olds and I have the seats and handle bars close to as low as possible and the bikes fit perfectly with a few inches/years of growth ahead. They don't feel or look like the next level down in youth bikes by any means. These are heavy and substantial bikes that will be good for a few years it appears. I'll keep you posted!

Love my bike!
The assembly was easy (I didn't do it, I jad my 17 yr old son do it, but it was easy with just a few adjustments). The quality is so much better than whatever my last bike was from Wally's World. I ride roads, dirt, and hills and this shifts like a dream and the shocks take the ups and downs like a boss. (As a woman, I'll just add here that the seat... Let's say my butt is fine, but I need something to soften it a little bc the front end of the seat is a little hard on the lady parts).

Perfect solution
While the store shelves still remain empty, this little gem was available and came quickly directly to my door. Putting it together was easy, all the parts were there and in good condition. I have been riding now for 3 months and it still looks and rides like brand new. Couldn’t be happier. Great price, great quality.

Good value- nice bike
This is not a luxury high end bike but it is good value for money . It is sturdy and rides nicely. Not as easy to assemble as they say but manageable with a little thought.
