Definitely best seller, customer service and one the best pots we have ever owned
I love these pots and pans. You should make sure to season it well to make it non-stick and avoid frying hard rice in them. If you bear these in mind you will enjoy cooking with them. What I like about this seller the most is that they have always been available and guided us in every step after we purchased the products. For instance, how to remove the black marks off the pan after I fried some hard rice in it. This is a very rare thing. I've had experiences with sellers who just sold their items and that's it or even worse get abusive if their client has a complaint. For instance, Good Good Products which is a diet jam seller removed our genuine feedback. That's why I truly appreciate sellers who are aware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and try to be there for their clients both in skill and care. I strongly recommend these pots and pans.

Nice pot
The pot has made a pot of chicken soup and has done well. I Followed instructions before hand and seared pot with sunflower oil ?. Then gave pot a good soapy wash and dried it Then used satchet supplied to get rid of brown on base it the did trick . Then another wash and I felt hungry for some homemade soup ( chicken .) SO the next day 15 hours later I pulled my new shiny pan out of cupboard and prepared vegetables rice stock cubes and pieces of cooked chicken and boiled contents in pan on a ceramic hob . The proof of the pudding was the soup tasted to perfection . I Deliverd a jug of this soup to my distant neighbour and no cause for complaint I have chicken soup for next two days . Have washed empty pan a touch brown 2cms by 3mm area but my fault had pot on to high a heat ,but contents did no stick to base especially rice . Will turn heat down next time All in all it's excellent and 4.5 stars here maybe 5 if I feel generous good customer rapport with company here . BEING realistic it's a inexpensive pot not cheap but good value for money . Having said this buying a le cruset pot would mean paying megabucks and in all not any better from with reference a saucepan I purchased of this make a number of years ago and it produced standard use/ results and the John lewis pan was much better in this instance etc . Technical spec base is 18cms flat probably 1cms tapered but on a Beko 500cms cooker the large rings are 18cms a perfect fit and theres room out with this as well etc. NO overhang on cooker that is .

Solid quality item
Solid pot and plenty big enough for four people. Went for this to get away from the non stick pots and pans. Much better for your stomach

This is not Stainless Steel
Although a great deal of noise is made about the absence of nickel content in this cookware, the bottom line is that without nickel, you don't have stainless steel. To be fair, the instructions tell us to season the pot with high smoke-point oils to provide a non-stick interior (and it works, sort of!) ... but a number of design issues combine to make this pot less than excellent. The first thing that struck me about this pot was how light it was. In some ways, this is good. In the more important ways, this is bad. There is little metal here. That means there's very little to retain heat. That means you have to put more heat in to keep things at a bubble. And the need for more heat means more sticking/burned material on the base. And *that* means you end up having to deal with carbonised discolouring which you'd normally just deal with via Brillo pad, but in the case of this item you ... well, the instructions tell you not to do that. Because it's not stainless steel. So, these carbonised deposits, when do they occur? At 70C simmer over 4 hours. The instructions tell us that while the pot is capable of surviving in a 200C oven, on an induction hob the energy input should never exceed 500W. And this is where it all breaks down. The mass of metal is too light to retain heat. This demands more heat to achieve safe cooking temperatures. This causes burned material at the base, even at low temperatures, and this results in staining. I don't even know what the lack of nickel is going to do to this pot's rustability. With heavy use, I'd guestimate 6-12 months? But okay. I needed a medium-big stock pot, and this fits the bill. In its brief existence, it will at least allow me time to save up for some proper cookware.
