Why did you pick this product vs others?: I just started going to the gym and decided to try this out as extra help to lose weight. At 1st I wasn't sure it was working while I was doing weight training but I did appreciate after my workout that I didn't smell like body odor. Now I start with 30 mins of cardio on a stationary bike and within 5 mins I'm definitely sweating, after 30 mins I'm soaked. I put some of the product around my abdomen/back and also on my neck/around my chin. Don't be discouraged, just find a cardio that works for you and I believe you'll feel that extra sweat. It's also great that after I'm peeling my clothes off to shower that my clothes/myself smell good vs smelling like body odor, that's also a plus. So if you feel this isn't making you sweat at least your going to smell good while working out.

I'll start with what I loved about it. It's meant to make you sweat and bottom line, IT WORKS!!! Once you start moving and your body starts to heat up, the sweat just forms and drips off of you. I love that. It shows me that it's working. Some may say it's too "greasy" and it may be, but it's not something that bothers me if I'm going to work out anyway and I am showering afterwards. Now for the unfortunate part and the only real reason I didn't give this 5 stars. I bought the roll-on tube for the specific purpose that I didn't want to rub it my hands and then my body (shoulders, belly, lower back, etc). However, the tube I received was faulty and the bottom roller portion just fell off (could've just been bad batch). So now, I have to actually stick my fingers inside and pull out the sweet sweat and rub is on myself. Again, not a huge inconvenience but something I didn't plan on, hence my reason for purchasing the roll on. I will be buying more in the future and I'm crossing my fingers that this one works properly.

So this is an honest review, the ingredients in the stick (I got citrus mint) will not cut down tummy fat. With that said, the sweat is a mix of the oils and your sweat, so idk if your actually sweating more but hey it is satisfying taking off my pro series belt and see all the drips. Now obviously this helps with cutting some water weight as the pros use it for that reason. But over all it will not make that tummy fat disappear! How ever! If you are like me and like to use a belt and stick as motivation this will do just that. The stick has wonderful oils in it to help make your skin soft which is what I like but that's about it. The smell doesn't last long You will feel greasy but that's fixable with a wipe of a towel and a shower Over all its a bit pricy for the oils used in the stick but I really don't have an alternative since my husband hates the smell of coconut. I hope this review helps others to decide. Hard work and healthy diet are the only way to achieve weightloss and please do so in a healthy manner, as always consult your doc for any dietary changes you may need.
