Work great but...
Nothing to complain about this set plus it comes with covers. However, quick warning, you need to adjust your pedals. In the last 3 years I have changed out 3 pairs of cleats on my Ultegra SL pedals and have not had to make any adjustments. With this set of cleats I had to loosen the setting almost 3/4 of a turn. They are very sturdy but definitely thicker than the previous set. Even with the adjustment, there will definitely be a break in period. Yes I fell off my bike. :-)

Broke right away
Have bought these - or at least similar brands - twice before, they were fine. This time, one ride and one of them was broken. Was cheap enough that it wasn't really worth returning, but... Jeez. Tried to glue it, no dice.

Good product, easy to use
Easy to install and use, it’s not hard to click in and out. One potential issue is that you could need to fasten the screw really tight or it might get loose.

Good value
Fits pedals good.

Good Value - Worked fine for me with no modifications.
I read other reviews that said these clips were very tight and they had to shave down a section of the back, so I was prepared to do that, but I didn't have to. Maybe I got a new design or better batch, but for me they just clipped in and out perfectly from the first attempt (I'm riding a 2012 Madone that came with Ultegra groupset / pedals). After five rides I have co complaints. For me it was totally worth going with these over OEM which are like twice the price.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Does not clip into pedal.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!! These are cheap knock offs of Shimano SPD-SL cleats. Easy to install, but I could not clip my shoes into the pedal no matter how hard I pushed down. Not even close to the same quality of the OEM Shimano cleats.

Kept me from having to buy a new pair of shoes.
Used Shimano cleats for years, in fact the only brand I have ever used until I bought these. They are super tough to get in and out of for the first 20-30 times. Break them in on the trainer before you ride. They have about 5mm greater fore/aft travel than Shimano. The square washers actually bite into the plastic and stay in place; much tighter fit in the recessed screw pockets than Shimano. With these I was able to get my foot into a better position over the axle without having to buy a new pair of shoes. Covers are great, too. Stay in place and great traction.

Attachment bolts too big
I bought these to replace worn cleats. Bolted them to the shoes with new provided bolts, but cleats would not clip to pedals even with the pedals adjusted to the loosest fit. On investigation, I found that the bolts provided with the new cleats had rounded heads, as compared to the bolts from the old cleats that had flat heads. So I used the old flat head bolts to attach the new cleats, and then they worked. Bottom line: new bolts had rounded heads that were too tall to allow the cleat to clip to pedal.
