Q: Will it work with a Traxxas rally?

If it's a 1/10 scale it will be really small wheels but if it's 1/12 to 1/16 it will work great. If you want drift tires for 1/10 scale rally get wheels and go to hardware store and find pvc pipe and glue them on

Q: Is it compatible with any other rc cars beside traxxas and does it work with buggies beside 1/10 scale?

It will work with any car you want if you change to the correct wheel hex.

Q: With some tires at higher speeds (> 25 mph) the tires balloon up greatly. Do these tires have this problem?

These are drift tires so technically no they wouldn't. They are all plastic allowing low grip to slide. You wouldn't want these on anything you're trying to go fast with or you'd have no control!

Q: Will they fit any 1:10 car?

Just check the size of the mount. The hex that the wheel mounts to. I think it's a 12mm.
