Good product for weight room floor
The item is well made, well finished and sufficiently adequate in serving the purpose of weight room floor protection for average use areas. Commercial gyms, weightlifting facilities with very high traffic and heavy usage may need additional support.

Looks and feels sturdy
The texture did feel a lil off like it would come off, but it's actually really sturdy(and heavy). I bought this for skipping and it minimizes the sound to some extent. Will update after heavy usage I ordered a second one because one isn't big enough for skipping. It had a minor dent when it arrived. Works great on concrete, did some jumping jacks and didn't feel any slipping.
