I love this seasoning on my pork roast. Wish it cost less.

I work late a few days a week, when I arrive home a quick meal is definitely in order. The Portuguese Piri Piri spice on a chicken breast allowed for a lovely meal paired with a nice spring mix and arugula salad, in little to no time.

It says FIRE, so be prepared for some heat. I have a natural geographic tongue, so I only used a light dusting of this stuff on our chicken dinner the other night. The man of the house loved it...me... Eh, I could not even finish one piece of chicken because it hurt so much. So while this is a fantastic spice, be aware that it packs a firey punch, and that is the truth.

Tried this spice mix as a dry rub on chicken and shrimp. It is delicious. Has a nice red pepper kick, but not overwhelmingly spicy

Okay, this won't do anything for your love life. It will however add some zest and excitement in your foodie life! I had never had piri-piri, so wasn't sure what to expect. I'm pretty adventurous though, so I didn't hesitate. And I am VERY happy!! This tastes amazing on pretty much everything! Pizza, fries, chinese takeout, garlic bread, pasta, you name it. I rarely give 5 star overall reviews, however in this case the blend is great and worth a try. Two criticisms though: The magnetic container is kind of cool, but it doesn't keep things particularly fresh, and it's kind of clunky to use. Second, I need a container at least 4 times this size! This is merely a teaser size.

I used this Piri Piri spice on grilled Pork Tenderloins and it was delicious. Only a small amount was needed and it added so much flavor. It has a hint of smokey flavor with a bit of spice. The can is super handy as you rotate the lid and it gives you an option of how big of an opening to use to get just the right amount of spice out. I could see using this on salads, for a pop of flavor, chicken, vegetables....it's so versatile.

This product does not contain piri piri. Ok seasoning.
