It's budget friendly and affective. The hair takes time to grow back as well which is great as I have thick hair growth. No pain but can cos irratation if the cream is roughly scraped off.

Guess, the product lay in the switched off car of the courier. I think the cream, which feels very hot to the touch, is spoiled. Of course I can't use it.
