I have been using the product for long. In all my toilets we have this product and have repeat purchased it. But last time the pipe rusted within a few months. And soon it started leaking. Company doesn't sell pipes separately. So I had to buy a full faucet set. Again it has started rusting. The product quality is down with kohler

Worked well for two weeks. Now it's leaking from the joint near the gun. This is my 2nd different model of Kohler having issues. First one I bought from a reputed store Chabria tiles in Bangalore which I paid 2500 and lasted for a year. Faucet cap popped out. They said this model full faucet has to be replaced. Cap cannot be replaced. There are few models where I only gun can be replaced and they had no stock. Kohler technician came and told me the model which only gun can be replaced and This is the white color model is the one where I can replace the gun and now after two weeks or so it's leaking. Having doubts in buying Kohler products again.
