Taste is good. Great way to hit your carbs if you struggle with hitting your carb numbers. My son thinks it taste good too. Would recommend if you need that carb supplement

In December of 2022, I made a goal to gain 10 healthy pounds. But man was I struggling. Then my boss suggested Karbolyn and I've been hooked since then. In addition to giving me energy during (I mix this with my pre-workout), it also curbs my hunger during my workout. And I'm happy to report that I reached my goal by the end of 2023 and managed to gain the weight. I really believe Karbolyn helped!!

It tastes great, I use it as a regular soda to drink.

Their claim to fame is that its complex carbs which they are. Potatoes, Rice and corn. Its just really hard for me to tell if this drink is pushing me through my workouts better honestly

Mixes really well with minimal clumping. Nothing is worse than a lump of goop when you're drinking. Very light and easy to drink.
