The super angled shaft on this Olympic Super Curl Bar will aid in developing upper arm mass, strength and definition while simultaneously reducing discomfort in your forearms. This bar is constructed from solid steel with 51,000 PSI tensile strength with a chromed finish and includes ring collars to secure weights when going heavy, making it a perfect addition to your home gym. The diamond knurled 25.4mm handgrips offer a secure, non-slip grip, and the rotating sleeves with bushings reduce pressure on the hands and wrists. Not impressed
As you can see in the video, this curl bar isn’t put together very well. I sent it back immediately for a refund.

Excellent EZ curl bar.
I saw several reviews that stated the gnarling on this bar was too rough. I do not find it too rough. I dont have particularly rough hands either, pretty much only have calluses from weight lifting/bass playing. If you do find the bar too rough you could just wear weightlifting gloves.I basically only use this for curls and lying tricep extensions.I have loaded the bar with up to 90 lbs and it seems fine, collars rotated nicely.I didn't use these collar locks that came with the bar, they went straight into the recycling bin...I use the iron bull plastic locking ones, which have yet to fail me.I am sure you could spend a lot more and get a nicer bar, but if you are just looking for a decent ez curl bar, this is great. I have been using the 6' 2" cap barbell, and 2" cap db handle, both are decent. I don't think CAP is your top of the line brand, but they are certainly good enough.

Does the job!
To be clear, for this price you aren't going to get a pro-grade barbell with butter-smooth gliding bearings. If you have a big enough hex key you can tighten the sleeves up to reduce the wobble. That said, it does the job just fine! The bar is solid and the sleeves hold weight.. what more do you need? Using a straight bar for curls isn't great because of the stress it places on your wrists, and this bar has the perfect angle grips for me.

Not only that but it allowed me to do modified hammer curls as well which are fantastic. The bar weighs 16 pounds or at least ..
I was having a little bit of pain curling with a standard Olympic bar but this alleviated all that pain. Not only that but it allowed me to do modified hammer curls as well which are fantastic.The bar weighs 16 pounds or at least mine does so it's just a matter of figuring out the weight from there.The only issue is there's no grip where you would hold it when you hammer curl so if it's hot and you're sweating it might be tough to do. Other than that it's a good bar.

Craftmenship very poor.
Very poor. Locking rings way oversized .2 inch adapter sleeves for plates very sloppy on shaft . Crome plating chipping ,dents in adapter, ,Very disappointed with product and craftmenship . Buyer bewere
