Comes with a strong smell, so I took some time to wash with ACV and conditioned before using - problem solved. Might feel harsh if not regularly moisturized, but still a very good match to the texture of my natural 4b/4c hair. Was a little weighty when making buns to sleep, but not a huge deal when wearing it down. I loved this hair because it looked so much like my own, and I'm very happy with this purchase.

I installed this hair when I was pregnant and didn't have all day and night to do my hair. This product was delivered as described and had no bad "factory smell". The hair was pretty easy to work with and blended so well with my natural hair. The hair was long which I loved, and it was lightweight keeping me cool during a long summer of being pregnant.

If you have 4C hair this is perfect for twists. I didn’t care for the ends so it’s best to cut those for smoother looking twists. Great value for the price. A lot of hair for the price. More than enough for a full head completion. The length is mid back unless cut. It was really easy to use and install. The hair does not tangle. I ordered 1B color which is a natural black. True to color ordered. Good quality and appeared new and not poor quality.

You will get less hair per package than if you were to ordee from a tradition brand. I was worried after reading the reviews so let me touch on the things that I saw. Amount of hair/Quality: You get less than if you were to order from the popular brands. Although the 6 bags are enough to do an entire head. The hair rough but not more rough than mast brands. You can split the hair in two pieces, but the hair does have more knots than Im use too. (Ive been wearing marley hair for probably 8 years now btw) Smell: One of the first things I did when it arrived is smelled the hair since I saw a lot of complaints about the scent. I will say it does have an unpleseant odor..I would say it smells like funky feet. I did soak it in vinegar before installing. Due to the scent I prob will only reorder if I am in a bind and need it the next day or two. Bugs:didn't find any in any the 4 bags I used so far. I did inspect all bags when they arrived however. Not going to discount other reviews saying they found bugs in theirs because the scent of the hair leads me to believe that it could be possible the hair isnt good quality. All in all...would I recomend this hair, not really order from a reputable site and manufacturer. I would only reorder if I was in a bind and need it asap. It is not bad, but not great.

I bought this hair in a rush situation because I needed my hair finished the next day and, reading the reviews, hoped for the best. The other reviews are right the bundles are a little on the smaller side but there was enough for me to finish my hair despite this and as you can see I have a lot of twists on my head and a pretty big head in general. I used one piece of hair per twist and the pieces themselves were full enough for me to cover my locs nicely and left me with a few pieces left over in the last pack. The hair didn't tangle and was a really simple and quick install thankfully. The only thing that was a little weird was there were some little tangled balls of hair in some of the pieces but it was only 3 and they were easy to just pull loose from the finished product. The hair itself had no smell, was soft, and not itchy as hair like this can sometimes be. So if you need something quick, easy, and pretty this would definitely be a go to.

Update: I’ve purchased this hair a few times and while it was not the best quality, it was manageable. Just purchased again and the quality is terrible. The hair felt like straw as soon as I pulled it from the bags. Didn’t get much better after a shampoo and condition. It’s also very matted. I can’t even work with this. Wouldn’t purchase from this hair from this vendor again. I purchased this hair for Marley twists. Overall, I like the hair quality. I ended up using a little under 5 bundles. My only issue - not only was the amount of hair in each bundle inconsistent, the amount in each individual piece was also inconsistent. This made the twisting process a pain, because I had to pull apart individual pieces to combine with others for the same volume.

This hair was just the texture I wanted. I hate when I do Marley twist and the hair is too silky. This hair was perfectly sectioned which made it easy to separate and use. It did have a slight smell, but not as bad as some of the reviews said. I made sure to take the hair out of the package days before I used it to let it air out. I also sprayed each bundle of hair with rose water toner right before install. Between all of that and the gel I used, I never noticed the smell when the hair was in my head. I love the length (18) too. Perfect. I have had the twist in for about 3 weeks now and its holding strong, not slippy, blending well with my type 4 hair. I like my twists full, so I did need more than the 6 packs of hair, in one order. I ordered two 6 packs to be on the safe side and used 7 packs total.
