Best Pet Urine Stain Remover ever!
I have a husky girl who occasionally has accidents on our plush very light colored carpet. This stuff is amazing! Just spray on and soak the area…No rubbing. Let it dry. Stains were lifted even though one of the was quite old. No discoloration to the carpet. Best pet stain remover / odor neutralizer I have ever used! Works on vomit too!

Buy immediately
This is a miracle product if you need to get a pee or poop smell of of something. To use i clean up the mess as well as I can then spray the cleaner on it and let it sit. If it's on carpet you can spray it on and let it sit a while and scrub with a wet towel to remove stains.. to remove just odors I just spray it on and let it dry. 2 rounds may be needed depending. It gets ALL the smell up. Literally all of it. Just dont get it on your skin and dont let your animals walk in it. I spray it on whatver and cover with a towel while it dries. It will also get the pee out from under trim boards. It's just a clear liquid with no smell. It works via oxygen. I dont see any downsides to the product. Ive been using it for 2 years and nothing else works the same. Its worth the price.

Good Stuff
This stuff really works. Stains gone and no odor. I always hesitate to buy things like this, but this works exactly like they say it does.

Way better than the instructions say
I have a sunken room that has hard wood floors where I keep the litter boxes. Unfortunately one of my cats preferred to pee and poop anywhere but in the litter boxes. She peed in the vents, she peed behind a bunch of objects, anywhere that she could find that was discreet. I didn't catch that it was a reoccurring act unfortunately so this particular cat has peed on the floor A LOT. With that said, I have used the entire bottle in different areas of this room and other areas of the house over a period of 6 months and it has been 98% successful. The pros: the instructions say to not let it puddle up as it may stain the floors, well it didn't stain and I sprayed A LOT at once. I used it inside the vents, that are metal ducting (I'm not going to get into my rusting concerns as you may imagine it's more important not to be inundated with cat piss smell when you want to be warm) and it removed the smell! The cons: it's not 100% effective, the instructions say if the smell persists just repeat the process. Well I went through the whole bottle and if it didn't completely remove the smell by now I doubt it's going to ever. It's just one spot on the hard wood floor that still has a lingering smell. I also don't like how the about section says it's a unique product, because it's not, it's a bio enzymatic spray and there are many other options. Conclusion: it has worked in other areas of the house 100%. Works on stone, wood, tile, so I think it will work on any surface. I can't get the smell completely gone in 1 area. Worth a try.

Game Changer for pet homes
This stuff has been a game changer in a house with multiple pets and antique wood floors. After having used Nature's Miracle for literally decades and loathing the smell (with little pay off), we switched to this and it's been one of the best choices we've made as pet parents. I use it on the hardwood, rugs, and bedding to help get out stubborn pet smells and stains. It works well to lift stains from vomit or feces without bleaching or damaging the material. I can spray it on and leave it, come back and dab it up. It helps break down set stains and lifts discoloration from hardwood. It may take several passes to get it where you want it, but there's no odor and it doesn't leave any residue or gunk. It's been great for my IBS cat who misses the box as well as when my dog had incontinence issues on a rug. It really tackles all sorts of bio stains and we buy it by the gallon at this point since it's so versatile. The spray bottle is a must have for saturating the spot with the stream setting, or getting a wide area with the spray setting. We will always have this in the house as long as we have pets!

Excellent - saved my light carpet!
Worth it! Helped with old pet urine stains (from a senior Jack Russell, who liked to mark his territory)…I’d tried multiple carpet cleaners on those stains and really thought I would have to replace the carpet. This took care of it and saved me the expense of new carpeting! Of note, my carpet is a very light, almost white Berber carpet. I find this is also great with removing other types of stains. …Recently removed some spilled chocolate milk and mud as well.

It takes a few days to work, but it really does work
The directions say that it takes time. The reviews all say that it takes time and multiple treatments. But for some reason I panicked when the cat urine spot on my hardwood floor and molding smelled awful after the first two applications. I thought it wasn't working. Even though this product is unscented, when it reacts with the urine it creates a strange odor. It seems to extract the urine, and then over time break it down. But I stayed the course, thanks to reading the instructions and all the reviews. After several days of two or three times dousing the urine spot and getting more and more demoralized, one glorious day I awoke to no odor. I was about to rip up the floorboards and molding, but this saved me. To verify that no cat urine odor was detectable, I had several people sniff the floor directly. No one noticed a thing. To the human nose it was 100% gone. Now....the cats? I don't know if they can detect a solitary nano molecule of urine somewhere deep in the floorboards, so for good measure I am going to coat the area with odor blocking clear sealer. As for the multitude of cat urine removal products on the market, I have previously used Scouts Honor and Zero Odor. I have very good experience with Zero Odor. Scouts Honor is good too. But this urine spot was a beast. A cat had peed and it took me a few days to find it although I was getting a whiff of that unmistakable stench. The cat probably peed there two or three times as a result of my delay. I should have been more aggressive about locating the spot, but I was really busy. Big mistake causing a bad, bad scene. Lessons learned: if you have cats who do this type of thing 1) figure out why (rule out medical issues, then tackle the psychological ones) 2) check your home every day with your nose and if need be, a black light. Be on it. Don't slack like I did. and 3) use whatever product works, even if you have to try a few. Allow time and repeated treatments. This product is a good one though. It did a tough job. I think it is the combo of oxidizer and enzymes that makes a difference.

It stained my carpet, then it didn't, and I bought more. I don't know how to feel about this stuff.
I've never been so torn over a product before. I have a jerk of a dog who urinates in the house when she's angry with you. I have a sensitive nose and am cleaning and re-cleaning the same spots convinced some urine is still there. I bought this after all the positive reviews and was so hopeful. I applied it to my carpet, as directed, and reapplied and after 24 hours came back. Urine smell gone. BUT... my carpet was bleached. You could see every spot I had sprayed, bleached white if you will. Every spray was clearly visible in the middle of my carpet. Sure enough, instructions say they are not liable for any damage to your carpet. I wrote in hoping for sympathy, advice, suggestions, and I got, blamed for not checking ahead of time. I had to request my refund. Carpet smell was gone but now I had huge spots in the center of my floor. Well, about three days later I walk in that room and all the spots were gone. My carpet was not bleached. whatever it was, sat for several days then disappeared. So after a heart attack and knowing I was going to need to rip off the carpet all that worry was gone, whew! Why it "stained" my carpet for several days then went away, I have no idea. But the spots and smell were gone. I considered myself lucky. When the dog got angry again she did it again. So, I ordered another bottle of this stuff. First tried in a corner, no stains this time, so I applied it again, and the bleached spots came back, and disappeared again, it worked. Smell gone. I find though you need a lot, it tells you, you will use a lot and this stuff isn't cheap. It's great to have around but part of me feels I'm going to go broke using a half bottle every time the dog pees in the house. While it's like 99% effective, the other stuff I used was like 75% effective and cost less than half this amount. So I weigh the cost, being worried about the risk for the stains not disappearing after a few days, with the feeling that it seems to do the best job of cleaning carpet and I don't know how I feel about this stuff. I need to buy more right now, as I know another "angry dog" moment will happen. Buy a bottle, TEST IT somewhere hidden, then be amazed, and brace your wallet! It works, but it's expensive, and may briefly bleach your stuff. have fun!
