Ive been using this collagen for a good while now due to having problems with my joints. At the beginning being sceptical about it as i did not belive that actually some powder can help me but after few weeks of taking it I noticed a positive change. My joints condition improved to the point that i can hold a cup of tea on my bad days. Also, my skin and nails condition improved. My skin became tight and springy and nails harder.

I have only been using it for a few days so can't comment on its effectiveness. However, the powder dissolves immediately and there is no smell or taste to it. My other collagen powder was hard to dissolve but this is great.

As I said before it is a good product, in fact the best I have tried and I have tried many. Hydrolysed marine collagen is far superior to others and this is virtually tasteless which makes it very easy to take. Illness & medication is making my hair come out. I was recommended this by a work colleague. Couldn't find the scoop, sounds like it is at the bottom when I shake it. Therefore unfortunately used too much the 1st day in cordial, foul taste & didn't dissolve very well. 2nd day 2 x flatish 5ml spoonfuls in my coffee, put me off my coffee. Today less used in hot cordial & a slight film on the top but eventually ok drinking it. Early days, so hopefully I'll see the benefits in a few weeks. All the advantages sound good.
