Great Pilates poster for easy start!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this when starting Pilates out of the club. Reminds me of the best exercises. Had it laminated at Kinko’s. Great add to easy workouts!

A Most Helpful Chart
After purchasing a used Personal Reformer, I needed help with the various exercises. This chart is a quick reference for some of the available poses. I definitely like it.
