My husband had to reduce the length of each chain to suit our doorway and also adjuet the way in which it was fixed. The curtain looks good and is doing its job of keeping out flying insects. I have just ordered another for a second external door.

Why did you choose this product over others?:It was easily adjusted, is a good weight but not too heavy and looks great. We've tried lighter and cheaper versions but they were just a waste of money and became damaged or trapped or torn. Love the way this sparkles when the sun is on it!

Not easy to fit on upvc door frame but does the job.

Really happy with this. Have it on the door to my office so I can finally leave the door open in arm weather without being bugged by insects. Looks good too. Really good value for money.

Very impressed with how this product performs. We have found that we have had no flies in the kitchen whatsoever since we put it up! Brilliant! It wasn’t too difficult to put in place and the green and white compliments the surroundings. It can be a little tricky walking through it when you’re carrying things and not able to move it out of the way easily but it is a small price to pay for the effectiveness of the item. 5 stars for me.

Firstly the chain curtain is very easy to fit , basically two screw in hooks and the curtain rail/holder just sits on that. Quick and easy. I would say that effectivenes against keeping out unwanted flies is about 90%. I say 90% because it would seem that flies are more clever than we imagine. Some of the small ones, midges are able to manouvre between the chain lengths while the blue bottles are mostly kept out with just the odd one creeping through when the chain covering is disturbed by entrancing and exiting. Overall this does work and permits leaving the kitchen door open for fresh air while keeping 90% of unwanted flies at bay.
