Worked great for my 3 month old who was fussy throughout the night, will say though it doesn’t come with a measuring thing so you need to either get a medipacifier or a syringe to use for it.

I like the ingredients in the regular so much better They are more natural

I found this gripe water to work better than mommy's bliss. It really seems to calm and help tummy issues quickly. The only down side is the taste. My daughter doesn't mind the taste of most medicines but she really hates this one so much that she'll get it all over the place when trying to give it to her. This stuff is like a dark brown/ black liquid that will stain so I love that for me. I just end up measuring it out and putting it into her bottle.
