First off I have to say, it is very easy to assemble. 8 whole screws and about 15 minutes of time and it is together. It will look really nice on my patio. The second thing I have to say is YES it should be painted for rust. The bench has a light coat of paint and especially the weld marks should be painted again. With many reviews stating rust issues on this bench and other similar ones I'm painting it.

I absolutely LOVE this bench!! It’s easier to put together w/2 people but can be done with just one if you don’t have someone to help. Just make sure you have somewhere that you can prop up the side you aren’t working on or the screws could get bent. It’s very sturdy, will easily seat 2 people, and adds a special touch to my front porch. If you’re planning on sitting on it for any length of time you may want to invest in a seat cushion. But that would add to the charm of the bench & dress it up. Also, the price was way less than many others I’d looked at. Even having to pay shipping was still way cheaper than all the other benches. You can’t go wrong with this purchase. Go ahead, put it in your cart & buy it. No regrets here!

Love this little bench on the patio by the BBQ...so easy to assemble, like very easy...lol...looks nice and feels solid when sitting on it (and I'm a big man) .... if I had more room I would get another one.

Thought I got the bench for a bargain at $75 but now I see it at $55. Still worth it. It is a solid bench and was easy to put together. It’s outside in the Texas heat and sun. Once a week it gets the overspray from the lawn sprinkler ( not direct). After two months, it started to rust. So I had to use steel wool and sand it down and then painted over it with some Rustoleum spray paint. And then I put a protective coating on top of that. Great bench, but I would just spray your own protective coat on before you even start using it.

It's very pretty. I like it very much. This is my 2nd one. The 1st one I put it under my apple tree (see picture). The 2nd one I planned to put under pine trees, but it still stays in the garage. My husband likes to sit there when he puts on the shoes. I intended to buy another one for my backyard under the pine trees. The only thing I feel pity for is the paint was scratched on the middle of the bench seat. It was caused by poor packaging during the shipping -- the parts were not packed tightly in the box. I can fix the paint myself. I mention here in hoping the packing can be improved in the future.

I purchased this on April 24th for my covered front porch. I realize it's still susceptible to the elements such as humidity and dampness, but it started rusting within a month. I have purchased some rust proof spray paint to repaint it to see if that solved the problem but they need to stop advertising it as rust proof because it definitely isn't. After spraying it with black Rust-Oleum, it's held up very well. I'm sure you'll have to re-spray every so often depending on your weather conditions, but it's a lovely bench and still looking great on my front porch.

Love the style and overall all look but was disappointed in this dent. And anfter only two days outside already has a rust spot and I can see another area where another rust spot will most likely appear as it seems the paint did not cover that spot. In addition to that had to pay 29.00 for shipping . With that …The arrival date was a week later than predicted. I’m sad because I ordered this in remembrance of my mother sister and granddaughter who all recently passed.

It’s pretty sturdy, relatively light. The back panel is starting to rust already but some anti rust black spray paint will stop it from progressing and keep it nice. I’d buy it again.

Je viens de recevoir mon banc. Il a été facile à monter, environ 10 minutes. Il est très solide et peut supporter des personnes de grande taille. Il est très beau. Je vous le recommande.

I liked the design on the bench and how light weight it is. Wish it came with some outdoor cushions on the seat

Bien livré (avec un jour d'avance) et bien empaqueté. Très facile à monter... Solide, spacieux, très décoratif et étonnamment confortable (pour un banc de jardin) ..à un prix abordable. On peut difficilement demander mieux... Je vais voir s'il convient de lui appliquer une couche de peinture supplémentaire pour éviter la rouille mais, jusqu'ici, tout va pour le mieux!

Has some scratches on the seat of the bench. Otherwise would have gave 5 stars.
