Fantastic
Expensive, but worth it. A little goes a long way ... great for adding smokey chipotle flavor to BBQ sauces, chili or using as a coating on grilled chicken alone. Coating wings in this sauce before grilling or air frying is fantastic. Only three ingredients - chipotle peppers, vinegar and salt. No additives, anti-clumping chemicals, seed oils or other garbage. Very impressed.

Always the best fermented peppers.
Best company if you need a jug of fermented peppers, which I do. Not the cheapest, but the best.

You may add this to anything
This is a very versatile product that blends well with just about anything you want to spice up. My favorites are Worcestershire sauce for meat and my favorite hot sauce to kick it up a staircase from extra hot to OMG!

Expensive and extremely salty
This is very expensive. If it were just pepper puree, I could justify paying the high price tag for convenience. I did know that it had salt in it, I just didn't think that it would be so strong. By the time you use enough to give a jalapeno flavor, your dish is too salty to eat. I still haven't tried the jalapeno cornbread, maybe that will change my opinion. I bought this to use professionally, that will never happen

Yes it is salty, but
Yes it is very salty, but you have to add it to your dish to cut the salt and it adds flavor. Used this with creole butter injection for my deep fried Turkey. The saltiness was cut and the cayenne pepper flavor came out in the hot greaseā¦

It's insane.
I can't imagine anyone needing this much liquid death. I used it to deter animals from digging in my yard. It works for that. I used nitrile gloves to handle this stuff. It burned my eyes when I was spraying it on my lawn. You must respect the insanity of this hot sauce!

very tasty
I mix it into my sriracha and keep a small bottle of it as a p neutral hotsauce on the go. Edit: ordered another, seriously this stuff rules.
