Not very good build, sound quality impaired.
This made the sound of the speakers from the head unit worse, it made them sound tinny. I don’t think the sound processor is that great, cheap product, I’ve returned it.It does do what it says, it will create a crossover between the head unit and before the subwoofer amplifier. Allowing you to change the frequency it outputs, good for different powered subwoofers and getting the sound right. But as I said, it made the bass sound tinny and the audio less full. Going for a more expensive crossover and see if that sounds any better.

did exactly as described, very happy
I run a mobile Disco, I have 4 active subs but wanted something a little lower but having full control, I purchased one of these, then 2x passive 1000w 12inch JBL (car!) Subs, a 2000w rack amp and fed a booth output from the mixer. All I can say is...on the first night... the floor moved, no kidding things were jumping up and down. it gave a new depth to the sound quality. Over the top? maybe but I dont care. in a few words.... Did the job great.

cheap and cheerful
Inexpensive Bass filter. Best way to only amplify the parts of the music you want to hear from your sub woofer

Terrible, didn't work.
Terrible, didn't work. I tried several different 12v supplies and plugging it into the amp it's self and all I got from it we're distorted mess and the occasional pop and click.Would not recommend
