Good amount of vitamins at a good price. Does not upset stomach at all and are a good quality vitamin.

I finally caved and moved away from some of the more expensive popular brands I'd used over the years. I'm not going back. Unless my next blood test shows that I am severely deficient in vitamin D, which I would doubt because I have sometimes felt the effects of that, I plan to purchase this again next year. It's an amazing quantity for the price, the ingredients are identifiable, and if you happen to not take this with water, there's a mildly sweet taste about the product which makes it a little more palatable before swallowing it. And like an idiot, I did accidentally crunch down on one... and it was fine! Highly recommended! Edit, 10/7/23: I did indeed purchase this product again.

Not a fan of pills. I prefer gummies.

Excellent vitamins

Really like this vitamin D. You literally get almost a years worth but because my Mom and I split it we get about 5 months worth so still an amazing deal! The price was amazing and I got my Mom's bloodwork back and her vitamin D level was at 75 which is very good - especially for her age which is nearly 80. I have heard that Vit. D is essential for good health and here are just a few reasons why: Maintain the health of bones and teeth Support the health of the immune system, brain, and nervous system Regulate insulin levels and aid diabetes management Support lung function and cardiovascular health Influence the expression of genes involved in cancer development But even more reason to use Vit. D? It helps with depression: Studies have shown a link between vitamin D deficiency and depression. Researchers behind a 2013 meta-analysis noticed that study participants with depression also had low vitamin D levels. The same analysis found that, statistically, people with low vitamin D were at a much greater risk of depression. The researchers believe that because vitamin D is important to brain function, insufficient nutrient levels may play a role in depression and other mental illnesses. An earlier 2005 study identified vitamin D receptors in the same areas of the brain associated with depression. I don't know about you? But I could use all the "happy" (and legal/healthy for you) supplements that I can get!

The size of the tablet and the price made these too difficult to pass on. I find the smell, size, and taste minimal, making them easy to swallow. Living in Alaska, my doctor recommended 10,000 units of vitamin D, so I take one of these with another product to get that total. This brand is new to me but it’s been a positive experience so far.
