I have taken Rhodiola for at least 10 years. For the last couple, I was taking a pretty high end brand. It seemed fine, but I was intrigued by this brand. After a couple weeks of consistently feeling better, I switched my husband over, as well, and he soon said he doesn’t want to be without it. We take it in the morning when we get up. It’s not like a stimulant-driven energy, it’s just an “I feel good today” energy - or “l feel like getting some things done today” kind of feeling.
