Great sock. Don't be discouraged. Find the size/brand that works for you.
There are no easy solutions when it comes to plantar fasciitis. You have to do the work. Stretch your feet every morning and after periods of immobility. You have to wear insoles. But braces at night can do a lot to help. To prevent the plantar fascia from tightening and shortening. In my opinion, there are three options. Hard posterior braces (boot), soft socks, and I've seen hybrids trying to give the support of a boot but the comfort of a sock with anterior bracing. The goal is the same, to keep you from pointing your toes as you sleep and letting the plantar fascia shrink. You don't need to pursue crazy acute angles, just keep the foot at 90 degrees. Thats why these socks and hybrids work so fine. They allow you more movement intentionally but won't let you completely rest your foot. The hard posterior braces work the best but for many they are clunky and too uncomfortable to wear all night. It drove me crazy and so I didn't wear it, and didn't get better. For the socks and hybrids approaches I urge you to try several and find what works for you. No solution/product fits everyone. I've found the it's the small differences in sizing and positioning of components between brands are what make for a success or failure. Thats why you see in the reviews everyone loves or hates a product. It all depends on how it fits them. I really liked this sock. I think they are the best approach for daily maintenance. I tried a few types and I felt that the smaller types just pulled on my toes which was uncomfortable. A higher sock like this did more to actually pull on the foot. My only issue with this sock was that I had to get the sock high on my leg and tighten the strap a lot to keep it from sliding down over the night. But even a few hours is better than none.

Yup it does its thing.
Is what it says. I am 5'7" slim build at 145 labs. Its a little long for my legs but works OK. If you were a much bigger person you would need a bigger size. My plantars fasciitis is a nightmare and have to combine this with other stretches and treatments.

It works just as well as the more expensive brand
I have plantar fasciitis. I have tried boots and short velcro contraptions that disturbed my sleep and were only good for short term use. I bought a Strasberg Sock, which was very effective but even the normal size was slightly too big and it was expensive. I needed a second sock and thought I would give this a try. It fits me better because it is a bit shorter. It is also far less expensive. I am happy with both purchases, but you can't beat the price of this item. It works great and helps me stay relatively pain free.

It is not comfortable to wear. I had issues falling asleep while wearing it. It doesn't work for me but it could work for you. Give it a try

Order the two pack that cost less money 🤦🏼♂️
I don’t have time to investigate things for days before I order them so I get what I get and usually don’t have time to even submit a review.. I must point out the fact that in my 40 years of life I have never not a single time been able to purchase one sock.. I spent 20 dollars on this one sock and now it’s apparent to me that a pair of this one sock only cost 18 dollars. Going back and looking more closely at the product I can see that clearly this is a half of a pair of socks and I don’t have the patience to return it so I’m throwing the thing away before I put it on..

The product I've been looking for.
Quality feels good. Fairly comfortable (given you're locked into a position). This is the design thay works for me. The other designs I've tried fail to keep me in position or are too bulky.

Comfortable yet functions
I have tried several other plantar fasciitis sleep, socks, boots, and braces. These are by far the most comfortable and they do work.
