Trust the one star reviews on this product. I used it on my front entrance and walkway and I was stunned at how ineffective this product is. The only effect this product had was to get the walkway and entrance wet. Just worthless. I bought this to save myself some time when I didn't want to haul out my pressure washer and I knew it didn't serve the same purpose but it i discovered it's completely useless. I'm going keep the battery and recycle the rest.

This pressure washer is pretty much what I expected and having a lower pressure device is exactly what I wanted. I was a bit put off by the somewhat fragile method of connecting a garden hose. Being a little careless might cause something to break at that connection. The only real negative I have is the abysmal battery life. B&D ships this with their lowest 1.5AH battery and it clearly needs more than that. Fortunately I am well invested into this 20V Max system and have plenty of batteries. Still, to use this washer for an hour, you'll need 4 or 5 battery changes which may not be possible for some users. It wouldn't have killed B&D to have shipped a 2.0AH or even a 3.0AH with this unit and adjusted the price accordingly.

Very minimal pressure, shouldn't be marketed as a pressure washer. It's more like a mister. Doesn't even clean the car. Complete waste of money and mine was missing parts so fortunately Amazon helped with the cost of that. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is for customer service. Battery doesn't last as long as a new one should.

Great little power washer. So convenient being battery powered. It is not as strong as our other electric power washer but actually ideal for cleaning outdoor rugs etc as it will not damage them like a more powerful washer will.

Great for small jobs, washing the car, washing the outside of the house windows, cleaning off the deck. Not a lot of pressure (350 psi), so not a blast of power but overall worth the money.

Unfortunately, I bought this product as an "Amazon Resale" for my husband. I have bought products that have come from the warehouse before (damaged packaging, etc.) and been satisfied. The price was very attractive, but I had only a one-month window to return it. My husband's disability is such that he was unable to use the product until late summer. So the return window was well past. After he used the washer for an hour, it stopped working. He followed all the trouble-shooting steps suggested by queries to the Internet. B&D's website was useless. So we now have a useless, non-functional cordless power washer. Beware buying on Amazon but from "Resale."

I bought this because they said that it was light enough to handle but that the pressure was really great. The pressure is terrible. It won't even clean my spa. I have to put the hose right next to anything that I'm cleaning and wait for a few seconds for it to clean anything at all. The only thing it has been good for is spritzing my flowers lol. definitely not enough pressure to wash a car, your mower, or anything like that. very disappointed

It came with a US plug on Charger, I used my other B n D charger- battery wouldn’t charge I got the unit working with another BnD battery. System is very weak for garden work. Hose adapter was useless, you need more parts to connect to outdoor supply. Would be ok for a weekend camping, cycling or to rinse down sports kit, which it should be advertised at.

I was so looking forward to receiving this product, since access to a hose is not possible, wishing to use it to clean front and back terrace but unhappily it has no water pressure whatsoever, it's good for watering the plants that's about it , not sufficient pressure to clean away dirt efficiently...very dissatisfied with this product.

Battery is dead and not charging ( Faulty ) .

This product doesn't spray water unless it is tilted to it side. The quick connect to the spray gun leaks so much it looses pressure. The trigger will pinch and cut your fingers every single time. Horrible product!!
