santoku knife

I’m very pleased with this very sharp 5 inch Santoku knife. It feels comfortable in my hand and makes cutting small vegetables, etc., a breeze. Quality seems good.

I love this knife a lot

It fits my hand and was not overly heavy. So I could chop and cut quickly for the chef.

Easy to use and love the protective sheath.

Very nice knife

i like the light weight and medium size. But even after sharpening 2 times, it dulls quite fast again. I use a wooden board for cutting. After 2 times slicing cherry tomatoes it needs sharpening again. too bad :( returned.

I had always wanted one of these fabulous Damascus patterned rings or knives. I have excellent knives but some were worn and had been sharpened too frequently. My husband is a big man and likes heavier, larger knives than I can handle, so he looked askance at these. However, once he tried them, he loved them and was surprised at their strength. Buy these. You can affordably own these or give them as gifts; they are beautiful, useful, and STRONG!
