Edit: Mine lasted a year but has started peeling off the top layer around the screws for the handle. Fried eggs now stick to it as someone else has mentioned but it used to wash off fine. Will probably get another one but one year isn’t very long lasting Does have a scent when you first use it that goes away with use but not as bad as the regular non stick PFA pans. Those pans leave a chemical smell in my nose & throat whereas this one is much more subtle. Feel a lot better using this. Doesn’t stink up my kitchen every time with chemical scent like other pans & it’s now scent less & have used it a fair bit with silicone utensils. Fairly easy to clean & non stick with a little oil or butter as a base layer otherwise food can stick a little & I’d rather not risk having to scrub bits of food off & damage the coating so a little oil is fine for me

Seems ok so far - how long the non-stick will last I don't know. Will report back once it's had a lot more use. Son uses it most days of the week. EDIT Son has mentioned loss of non-stick. Tried making an omelette myself yesterday. Everything stuck; salvaged what I could. Had to soak pan overnight to get it clean. Will be thrown out and I'll see what other choices are available. Replaced by Carote granite pan which id still ok. NB Blue Diamond Skillet/Saute pan has lasted 5 years so far. Use lard not olive oil and nothing will stick.

These work perfectly! When choosing these, I saw some comments about them not being non stick enough. I have no idea what those people had done to the pans to get that experience but these pans are practically frictionless. After a few uses, I did inadvertently leave a pan on very high heat after cooking a steak. It washed up perfectly with no change to the coating or discolouration etc. I shall be buying more of these pans! Truly excellent cooking experience!

The larger of the two pans I bought, is massive ...too big really for the ring on our ceramic hob ...but we use it anyway. The small one gets used a lot more. They feel solid and well made after a couple of years use. The colour is great and they wash well. I like to use a bit of oil when frying but they remain nonstick without oil so long as you keep the temperature low.

This pan is used in a busy cafe and nothing sticks to it, highly recommended!

I bought this frying pan as my other one had expired and after watching Dark Waters, decided not to go for a Teflon one. This had good reviews and on first impression, it was perfectly non-stick. The fried eggs glided around like Torvill and Dean. The materials say it can go in the dishwasher, which is what I did. From that moment forward it has done nothing but stick. Even if there is a lot oil in the pan, it still sticks. I've tried all sorts of washing techniques but nothing seems to matter. So now I'm stuck with a sticky pan. It still cooks, but it now sticks. Can't really recommend a non-stick pan that sticks, now can I? Boo.

Exactly spot on for other 1 star reviews, the non-stick nature of the pan is gone after 10 or so uses that makes this product a nightmare to use to wash even after more than 1 day under hot soapy water (Picture attached)! This is too much of my time and pretty much contrary to the marketing and description. The other grippe is that the handle gets too hot after 5 mins on the hob and is too hot for the hands. The shining light in the product is that the blue diamond surface is more scratch proof than our scan pan trusty iron skillet at a fraction of the cost (but not tested this for the product for over a year yet so can’t comment further on whether the surface will hold up then) will now look to buy a new pan that has better non-stick surface. So if the company can improve the non-stick nature of the product in future re-iteration and give it a better handle I would not hesitate to give this product 5 stars

i was surprised. I originally just bought this pan for tiny eggs and omlettes, but was surprised about quality. Very non stick and seems to be durable as well.

I bought this for my induction cooker, and found out it can't be use. it says in specs 'COMPATIBLE DEVICE: Smooth Surface Induction, Gas' so i bought it THAN under 'About this item' 'For all stovetops, except induction ' what kind joke is this, i end up with a big pan that is totally useless to me

I have done the pancake test, and even got distracted while an egg was burning on the stove. Still in excellent good as new condition. One egg stuck, but it was my fault, the pan was too hot, and it can off easily. Poor eggs! Easy to clean. Feeling good.

Estoy muy satisfecho con esta sarten y estoy pensando en conseguir un tamano mas grande tambien. Es muy facile de limpiar y lo uso principalmente para huevos revueltos y tortillas

Ik vind het een super pan. We gebruiken hem nu een paar maanden er zijn totaal geen gebruikers sporen te zien zelfs geen minuscuul krasje.
