Wow seriously wow, fantastic value for money and quality was first class. It is strange talking about the unpacking experience of a shower but I just have to mention it - all packed neatly in protected segments of the box, the chrome elements in protected cloth socks and even gas tape to ensure a proper job. Honestly far more than expected for this price point. Everything was there including stuff that wasn’t necessary for my installation. Fitting was a breeze even for someone with little diy experience (like me). Quality was spot on and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do - all at an unbelievable price. Thank you

Good quality very easy to fit and extremely well packaged. Great value for the price

Good temperature control - compensates quickly when hot water supply switches from solar tank to combi boiler. Good flow rate and works well with all positions of the flow-control knob. Talking of the flow-control knob there is an annoying issue - the screw that holds the know in place constantly comes use during use. In the end I had to put Loctite on it to stop it doing this. If this screw slackening had not been addressed in a timely manner, the spline in the knob would have become damaged. Some people may think this is a an easy fix, but a lot of customers may not realise that the screw is located under the flush cap in the centre of the knob. It is also easy to damage the cap if not careful while trying to lever it off. This silly fault became so annoying that one star was deducted. Otherwise this is a superb device. I think it's still good value for money - if you have some Loctite/Threadlock to hand.

I was delighted with the quality of this mixer tap. I had bought a cheaper bar mixer tap prior to this and it didn't work well at all as the temperature control was faulty. This one was significantly better, it looks and feels like a well made quality product, it was easy to install and everything functioned perfectly. I would highly recommend this over some of the cheaper options and it was still very good value for money.

Came quickly, easy replacement. Just the job.

I'm a reluctant DIY'er and this was an easy straight out replacement of our old 150mm shower unit. A quick YouTube search helped me take the plunge, as I thought our lack of hot shower could be our boiler....it wasn't! Pack even comes with PTFE tape, which is a nice touch. Looks good, and works great 😊

Easy to fit

The shower mixer is outstanding, and the quality, water pressure, and smooth controls are all satisfactory. I would rate it 5 stars if the same level of quality extended to the other accessories. The control for the shower head is difficult to move, and my 10-year-old son struggles to switch modes. The rail pipe measures 68cm instead of the 70cm, which forced me to reuse my previous one. The edges of the head holder are poorly finished, featuring sharp edges around the centre ring and some paint missing. In summary, it's a good product, but there is room for improvement.

Très très bon mitigeur, fourni avec tout ce qu'il faut : - le mitigeur en lui-même de très bonne qualité et soigneusement emballé dans du tissu ! - des adaptateurs si besoin (dans le cas d'installation déportée mais le cas de base est à base d'emnouts muraux espacés de 15 cm) - une paire de joins avec filtre ! Installation simple et efficace avec une clef à molette, le remplacement ne m'a pris qu'une dizaine de minutes ! Super produit !

Gelegentlich sind geringe Temperaturschwankungen der Thermostateinheit vorhanden und spürbar. Die Regulierung ist ansonsten in Ordnung. Das mitgelieferte Installationsmaterial ist vollständig und die Qualität ist in Ordnung. Wer mehr möchte, sollte lieber zur deutlich teureren Marke greifen.
