I shopped hibiscus tea/flowers to death before deciding on this one. Reviews for this one, plus lot's others were mostly positive, though the few negative ones raised some concerns about contaminants. The main reason I decided upon this one as my first purchase of hibiscus was because this was the only seller who had a satisfaction guarantee. What do you have to lose? Pros: - Mostly Whole flowers, at least 90%. The rest is petals and centers that have been separated by processing, packaging and shipping. - The label says use 7g for one cup. NO WAY. I used less than 2g and wound up with an excellent tasting, super dark purple tea. - Only about one teaspoon of small particles and dust. You should check it thoroughly like I did. - A very reasonable price, especially when compared to others who offer cut and (hopefully) sifted (hopefully well) flowers. - Best price per pound vs. the majority of others. - Brews excellent, high-quality tea. - The taste was mild, yet wonderful. Neutral: - I found two 1 1/2" stems, three 2" long pieces of what looked like dried, brown grass. - There was less than 1 teaspoon of powder and very small pieces. - Other highly rated items had numerous reviews of powder, rocks, leaves, stems/twigs, bugs and animal stuff that was found. So, I went through this thoroughly before putting it into quart mason jars. Cons: - The packaging needs to be improved. Very thin and susceptible to being punctured by dense packing. My package had one 1/16" diameter hole in it. The zipper seal does not close well. - Density of packing needs to be reduced to the point where damage is no longer caused. - Stated weight of 453 grams is for the entire package, including wrapper. That weighed 10g or about 3/8 of an ounce. Guess I'm nitpicking here. I therefore recommend this highly. Though I could not find contact information through Amazon, this company has their own website where you can contact them. I will purchase this again when i run out.

Wow! I'm impressed 👍🏾, I'm from the West Indies and these dried Sorrel made very good concentrated sorrel juice not even using the whole bag! The taste is just like home like I remembered my mother and granny use to make😜👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾😝😋😋

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it — it’s exceptional! These are WHOLE, fragrant flowers that steep into a beautiful red tea, perfect for adding your favorite touches: lingonberries, apples, tangerine peels, honey… I’ve tried other brands before, including some from Amazon — no comparison. This reminds me of the kind of hibiscus you find only in tiny plastic bags sold by an old Caribbean granny in a little Jamaican shop hidden behind a Brooklyn warehouse — pure, authentic quality. Buy it, fill a half-gallon jar, and enjoy it all winter long! PS. Unlike other reviewers I found no bird feathers or any other debris in my package.

These dried hibiscus flowers are vibrant, aromatic, and perfect for making tea or traditional Mexican agua fresca. The whole flowers are high quality, easy to use, and deliver a rich, tart flavor every time. Ideal for beverages and culinary uses. Its freshness and so worth it loveeee it and the pack is big and worth it!

This is very good Tea and lasted a long time, the smell and taste is delicious, I will be reordering this product.

This is a big bag for the value of your money. The color is really pretty but I haven’t tried it yet but will come back for part 2 to let yall know how it tastes. Part 2 so I just made me some Hibiscus green tea with cloves and it was good. It’s a bitter bitter but still good with a nice taste and again the color is really pretty.

Made the holiday season complete. It smells so good, and the color is vibrant and rich. I allowed it to steep for two days before tasting. It is very strong but good. Great value for the olive.

I enjoy the taste of fresh dried hibiscus leaves in my tea.

There’s better bang for your buck out there on Amazon, but the product was good
