Seems to really help with better moods. Anxiety decreased although after 2 weeks no difference in my very poor menopausal sleep issues, which is why I was so excited to try it. But I’ll take the happy mood over irritable depression any day!

I've struggled with anxiety all my life but when perimenopause started a few years ago my anxiety, anger, low mood and insomnia were making me miserable. From the very first day of taking these, five days ago now, i felt that anxiety knot leave my stomach, i felt peaceful, happy, content and so much more like myself, only better. That night i slept all night like a log. I think the reason some have had anxiety or jitters etc from this is that 100 mg is a really high dose. As with anything like this, breaking your body in slowly is best. I bit the first pill into thirds for each day and the second pill, days 4 and 5, into halves. I've ready that most people do better with 30-50mg as opposed to 100mg but the pills are easy to bite in helf and great quality so you end up with 8 months supply instead of 4 if doing this.

Recommended to me as a perimenopausal woman with a degree of brain fog. The fog continues, but the positive effect on my mood and energy is still worth it!
