4 stars cause it can be better. There are some issues with the types print but is an extremely usefulChart for anyone studying for Step1. I wish it came with something to hang it on the wall (it was surprisingly difficult to find the wooden magnetic poster holder (bought it from Etsy as Amazon did not have a good product).It has some of the high yield diseases listed across the chart and is definitely worth looking into them as you slowly and steadily make navigate the connections between the pathways.I don’t think it should be expected for a poster like this to be all inclusive and it isn’t. A little bit of Amboss/first aid/BB can complement this perfectly.

I ordered this poster of medical biochemistry pathways to help me visualize all the pathways I need to know for the Digestion and Metabolism module in my first year of medical school. The large glossy poster is about the size of half of a full size bed.The description implied that the poster was foldable, but it is not. It came in a cylindrical canister (the kind for blueprints), so it was well protected, but I could not put it in my luggage when flying back to school, so I had to carry it on board in the cylinder. My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive at $90+ for the largest size (at the time I made the purchase), but if it helps me do well on my next exam, then it will be worthwhile!

Great size, wipes clean. I use ultra thin permanent markers to write stuff that it doesn't have. Some stuff not 100 correct but great for med school. I suggest putting this on a large cardboard piece and then nailing carboard to wall. It likes to fall with just tape. A bit expensive, cheaper to just print it out yourself at a store.

Having this poster made going through each day of Biochem in Medical school more understandable..... every single major pathway is outlined and the small details you can add as your class moves through the material.... at the end,,,, the poster is a detailed summary of everything you need to know to pass your boards,,,,, when I purchased this I had no idea of how useful of a tool it has turned out to be for me,,,,,Only downside is it’s very challenging to write on because of the material it is printed on,,,,, test out different pens/ colors Ext.

I purchased this because it seemed like an excellent visual aid for relating various pathways. While I don't entirely regret purchasing it, I can't help but feel I got duped. This thing is way over priced. Particularly because I've started noticing typos. At that price they should really be more precise. I haven't quite come across anything comparable though so it might be for you, if your wallet can take the hit.

For my needs I would I give this 4 stars simply as for my purposes it wasn't quite on point (I am Veterinarian so will have to adjust for canine and feline biochemical pathway differences) - but if you were studying human medicine/biochemistry - it would likely meet your needs (hence the 5 stars)legible, concise, not laminated (so I can edit appropriately for my studying needs)

This is an amazing tool! It is making biochem so much easier and it is already getting me ready for medical school steps. Easy to read, not too much information, but the important stuff is all there
