I was hesitant in ordering the vest but was extremely pleased with the quality and fit of the vest. It not only keeps me tucked in the right areas, but it also supports my back. Please note, that my shirts are normally a size L but I ordered an XL. The XL fit me perfectly. My entire upper body sweats with this vest. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to lift weights as well with the vest or do cardio (tread mill run) as well. No worries, I think I'm doing better in both cases. I just finished washing it. If there are problems when I use it again, I'll edit this review. Otherwise, my review will stand as is. Oh, one negative comment. The zipper on mine doesn't work well for a right hander. I have to start it with my left hand, and then, use my right hand to zip it all the way. It's a little awkward but no biggie.

The vest worked well it helped support my back and core, the only problem that I have now is that the zipper has come apart.

Purchased for my husband. And he cannot get over how well it fits, and how comfortable it is. He finds it easy to wear during during his workouts and says it encourages sweating, making him feel like he got a premium workout. He was in between sizes when I ordered, so we opted for the larger size. I would say this is a must. You def dont want to be uncomfortable during your workout.

Exactly what i wanted! Fits perfectly and true to size. Really helps shred more calories while allowing for a nice and hard workout. High quality and durable.

I like it. A little big. Last time that I got a weight loss shirt. It was a medium. And too small. I wanted my size. But I still like it.

Ok ordered it yesterday and got shipped over night. Came with no issues. The quality so far is good of course it has that new item smell but that’s not gone last when you start sweating in this thing. I’m giving it 5 stars cause of how it’s is from feeling it and trying it on I have a few dislikes but that’s not due to the product it’s due to buying something on the net and having to figure out what works for you. I’ll explain Fit … the fit is nice I know they have their size chart but I recommend you buy a size down. I’m 6’5” I’m 305 ibs I brought mines in a size 4x based on what I was reading in the reviews. I put iron and when it comes fit there’s some things I don’t like. It fits great but you want it to have a very snug fit as to make your body sweat. This one in a 4x fits great again but there’s areas where it’s not snug and I’m going to exchange this one for a 3x when you start to lose weight and trim the weight it will become to big and you will need another one. So to fix that problem buy a size down. Otherwise it’s a great feel fit and quality material.
