My favorite paper. Excellent quality. Durable enough so you can roll out a semi wet dough fill it and than bake on it. Keeps the mess to a minimum so its a time saver. I have a few different sizes of sheets pans this particular roll size works perfectly for all my Nordic ware. I can get a couple refuses out of a sheet when im making breads so its a money saver as well.

This is impressive unbleached parchment paper for baking. It is stronger & thicker than parchment found in grocery stores and it doesn’t bake into/stick to the bottom of my bread loaves at high temperatures like thinner parchment does. Its width fits perfectly into cookie sheets w/o cutting. A good value for the price.

Extremely versatile and very strong. We used it help prevent cross contamination on surfaces, baking, storing, you name it. Highly recommend it and , it's a tremendous value.

I love this parchment paper! The fact that it's natural, unbleached, and non-stick makes it my #1 choice. I've used it twice just today alone. Once to cover my baking sheet for spills while cooking, and also as a barrier on my canning lids for my jars of homemade vanilla extract. It's durable, and the large size goes a long way. Just a tip for any bakers out there: crumble it first and then spread it to keep it from sliding on your baking sheet. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality product.

We don't use any other brand for baking and cooking. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Roll lasts a long time. I use between food and aluminum foil to avoid heavy metal in our food. Works very well and holds together.

Great quality, thick paper

I love this parchment paper. I use it for everything when I’m cooking or baking. Nothing ever sticks to it and I can get things crispy on the outside. I love unbleached because there’s no chemicals.
