I have taken these for years and I’m very upset that Amazon no longer carries this item.. I will have to go back to health food store to get.

This is more gentle and reliable than anything I've tried over the counter. Directions suggest 2 tablets but one tablet is often sufficient for me. No cramps. Seems to be economical.
