I am lactose intolerant and needed to find a 1 mg Folic Acid tablet that was lactose free. This supplement fulfills that requirement. Even my prescription Folic Acid pill contained lactose so finding an OTC alternative was great. So, if you're looking for a non-dairy Folic Acid definitely try this one. No dairy, no aftertaste and easy to swallow at a great price.
