I'm not using it for qtip, I needed something to put my husband toothpick and I like that this holder has a cover and you can't see them so it blends nicely with the table decore. Is strong heavy marble. Good quality and elegant.

Letting others know that although the product is nice and as pictured, from the angle of the photo, I wished I'd been able to visualize what the container would look like w the top on -- I would have purchased something else. The top of the cover is rounded; I thought it was flat. Think about if you want this container shape sitting on your vanity top every day :)
