This is very good value for money, I wasn't sure how I'd get on with it, but it quickly became comfortable and already my back is feeling relieved after just two minutes. I will build up my time on it gradually. But so far, happy with the results.

Good Value First 5 mins are uncomfortable but after that pretty pleasant.

I tried to use it for some time as my GP doctor suggested it. Honestly it was more useful to get a quiropractor to get me fixed than trying to lay down on needles as it's been quite painful. If you have some experience with this kind of acupressure mats and want to maybe is worth the try, but unfortunately not for me. The few times I've used it nothing was broken, fell off or anything so I assume is a good quality, but I'm not an expert

Baught my son this as his back gets sore. His job requires him being on his feet all day. He loves it. When he gets in from work he lies on it. Not sure how long he's on it. But he feels great after. So went on to buy my sister it as she suffers from fibromaligia. It also helps her. Then I purchased one for my other son. He gets a sore hip due to his psoriasis. He's not used his yet as he's not sore just now. Was going to buy myself one as I get back pain due to needing a hip replacement, so not sure if it would work or not. I know. What a family🙄 😅
