Pricey but of good quality. Taste biter as 100% dark chocolate, with no additives, should. I don’t think there is better dark chocolate available.

I read the 1 star reviews on here and they say this chocolate is bitter, it doesn't taste good etc. Hello McFly it says that it's sugar free :) and just pure Cocoa, it will not replace sweets, you should read the label before purchasing. I have been purchasing this chocolate for about a year and this is my top 3, the chocolate is not that bitter, its smooth and I can taste the actual fruit itself (cocoa bean), it also has a very satisfying feel after consumed and it does not spike my AC1, I consume it at different times of the day, sometimes after lunch, after dinner or as a snack when I'm working outside on my yard. I only had an issue one time where I ordered 2 packs (3 bars per pack) and when I received the package there were only 5 bars, I contacted the seller and they shipped me a 1 pack right away plus some of their other flavored chocolates which I did not consume but they didn't go to waste because my wife and daughter love sweets and they said that the flavored ones were great tasting.

0 star. I am used to dark chocolate bitterness but this tastes terrible like burnt roasted nuts Not even has squares to break one. If you try to break the whole thing breaks and scatters everywhere and you have to try finding it or picking from floor. Not worth the price.

Love it! Bitter, but in the best way!!! I love this and it’s a repeat buy. I love the limited ingredients.

Just okay. I'm a fan of dark unsweetened or even 90-95% cocoa chocolate. I purchased these very pricey bars on the stars (recommendations of others here on Amazon). I won't be purchasing again. VERY expensive and the taste was just ok--nothing great. Have to get with Scharfenbarger again....

Excellent taste and health nutrients.

It's not bitter like roasted 100% cocoa. It's more lightly bitter, then sharp and fruity. Love it, perfect compliment to an espresso or as a snack on its own.

カカオそのものの香りと味が楽しめます。市販のカカオ95％より断然美味しいです！三越伊勢丹のバレンタインフェアではカベルネソービニヨンなどもありました、Amazonでもお取り扱いぜひお願いします。

緩衝材を巻いて無い為、全てヒビ割れていて酷すぎだ！他のメ－カ－のチョコレートは、きちんと緩衝材で梱包されていたが、このメ－カ－のチョコレートは、緩衝材無しで、そのままAmazonの袋に入れられており、嫌な予感がしたが、まさに、全部がヒビ割れていた。

苦くなく、チョコレート感がしっかりあります。 美味しいです。
