I have received the box in bad condition and when i open it 1 item was damaged.

I never write reviews but after a month of not noticing a difference, my dog no longer has tear stains. The key is consistency, once a day in all the moist areas. Honestly it took about a month and a half before noticing, but nothing else worked. The pads are very soft and thin and I just used cotton rounds when I ran out my dog has fur, not hair so I didn’t have the option of trimming down the stained fur, and eventually they’re completely gone. Definitely buying again.

My 2 year old Bichon Frise gets terrible tear stains. I’ve tried so many other products (to the point of obsession). This has been a miracle. The photos on the left are 11 days after a groom without eye envy. The photos on the right are 11 days after a groom with eye envy. I have been applying the powder twice daily, morning and night.

Tears stained is almost gone! Using this product for almost a month now, since then the very dark brown stained turned into a lighter brown. I used it to Mochi (maltipoo breed) twice daily when I started and to get rid of it quickly and we have the positive results! We are maintaining the scattered light brown colour on her face because it looks good on her. I am using no scent baby wipes atm for her eyes and mouth as a daily clean. 🐶🐶🐶

I bought this item for my yorkie dog since lately I had seen her tears a little rusty! I'm very picky specifically with that area! I've been using it for a week and it really works! Very satisfied with the purchase! I recommend it for puppies that have the same problem!
