You are going to need at least 3 ducks per beverage, they are just too small. Thus I got 2 trays so I can prep additional ducks in advance. They really ought to be 50% bigger. Still, they are very cute, pop right out when you press on their butts, and the tray is easy to clean. The material does not have any concerning smells or fumes. The detail on the ducks is best seen if you use an opaque liquid like orange juice rather than water. Which works great since then the ducks have the classic yellow color! Keep in mind, after sitting in a beverage for a few minutes, most of the detail will have melted away.

This silicone mold is missing Alaska & Hawaii if you are trying to make ice cubes of all of the states. Also parts of the northeast are grouped together because of how small some of the states would be otherwise. It is still a lot of fun for kids who love US geography and fun ice cubes.

It seems that the people who are unhappy with this are mostly upset at the size. I can understand where they are coming from as they probably expected this to have every state in it and each state be large enough to be a decent size piece of ice. The problem with that is that this thing would take up half the freezer if it was big enough to have every state in it and the smallest states be large enough to be real piece of ice. Heck, Texas wouldn't fit into a glass. So that's basically impossible. With that being said, this does have decent size pieces of ice, like Texas. The mold itself is actually very sturdy which is good for filling with water and setting in the freezer without spilling it all but it also makes it tough to get some of the small states out. All and all, compared to other silicon molds that are too flimsy, this one is on the better end.

My little boy wanted this and loves it!! He is 9 and can easily remove the ice himself.

This is a cute idea but doesn't quite work. The ice is hard to get out of the mold, but even worse the silicone is adding something to the ice. When I drop it in the drink, it leaves a film. Gross.

Neat. Smaller than expected but works out better with smaller pieces of ice cube. The material is perfect thickness so it’s easy to pop out.

So cute and super fun to make! They freeze very quickly and you can make a freezer bag full. Recommend if you enjoy making festive drinks whether it is iced coffee or ice tea. Kids love it too!

These ice cubes turned out so good, they maintained their shape well, and were surprisingly easy to take out of the tray once frozen!

Makes adorable little duck ice cubes. Easy to clean and maintain. Only downside is it’s price point!
