This was VERY helpful after oral surgery when using a brush would be painful, these are ESSENTIAL. Also great as an addition to regular brushing routine, using these as gum massage, great for gingivitis, swollen painful gums etc: just wet with cold water. very soothing! run all along/over gumline. These are used in hospitals and nursing homes as well as toothbrush for seniors, children etc so if you provide oral care, theyre just the thing! Good quality product, individually packaged so sanitary, and great value for the relief they provide! I was just going to get for after surgery purposes but they soothe gums so much, going to incorporate into daily routine after brushing! nice swab form too, some are squares have sharp corners, would be good for brushing but for soft swabbing of gums, I prefer this rounded edge version! enjoy! ps these dont have cleaner built in, just the soft sponge, use with your own toothpaste.
