Conair Ceramic Round Brush for Blow-Drying, Boar Bristle Hairbrush, Vented Ceramic Brush to Smooth and Add Shine, Packaging May Vary, 1 Count

I've used Conair round brushes for years!! The bristles on my old one have started to flatten, so I was needing a new one. I've included a picture of the old and new one side by side. The only feature that I like better on the old one (left) is the handle. It had some squishy gel type covering which is very comfortable to grip. The bristles on the new one are a little firmer. They don't hurt when using. I have found that they seem to do a better job with blowouts than the old one. The size seems to be the same on both.

This is a great round brush. The bristles aren't too stiff or pokey and it doesn't pull on my hair. It glides through smoothly and doesn't get stuck when I roll it to my scalp. I like that this one is vented, it lets the hot air from the dryer flow through to dry and style evenly and quickly. I have long, fine/thin hair and I let it partially air dry before separating it into smaller sections to roll in the brush while directing the hair dryer to the under layer for volume and no frizz/flyaways. This brush with the ceramic coating doesn't give as good of a curl as my metal coated ones do, but it seems much less damaging. I don't see any steam coming out of my hair from overheating and my hair doesn't feel super hot like it would with the metal ones.

Super nice and big, almost fluffy looking with a lot of air inside to help blow out your hair. Excellent quality, light and easy to wield.

I like metal round brushes, gives a nice wave to the hair. This has a nice grip but hard to clean the hair out.

These brushes are great for blowing your hair and giving it extra body. The idea is the ceramic heats up and hold the temperature and gives your hair body like using a curling iron on your ends. I have naturally curly hair and I use it blow my hair smooth and this gives my hair a lot of fullness. It's a great brush.

The brush works fine. The handle, however, is a hard plastic with a bunch of ridges in it. Kind of like a faceted diamond. It's not comfortable and not easy to turn like you would any round brush.

This is easily a 5 star brush. It's comfortable in your hand and in your hair. The dual bristle type work well together. This gives you a really nice mix of firm grip on your hair while easily sliding through it. The boar bristles add shine and the plastic bristles detangle. This works really well and doesn't pull or tug. Lot of control for either styling or drying. Excellent brush, and I thoroughly recommend it.

This brush is nice, it's big, lightweight and not goign to break when it gets even heavy use. The brush works really well for drying my thick wavy hair, but be aware that you have to do your hair in sections with this brush, it can't hold a massive amount of hair. But it's a perfect salon style brush.
